Welcome to ATT Cabs. By accessing our website or booking a cab through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ATT Cabs provides online cab booking services including airport transfers, outstation one-way and round-trip travel, and hourly rental packages across India. We act as a booking platform connecting customers with verified drivers and vehicle partners.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ATT Cabs.
Fares displayed are estimates based on distance, vehicle type, and applicable taxes unless a fixed fare is confirmed at booking.
You must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, and contact details. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or additional charges.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless online payment is specified, the balance may be payable directly to the driver after the trip. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation may be available for eligible bookings as shown on the website or in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations or no-shows may attract cancellation charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Ensure the number of passengers and luggage comply with the selected vehicle capacity.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Misconduct may result in service refusal without refund.

6. Driver & Vehicle

We strive to assign verified drivers and well-maintained AC vehicles. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. ATT Cabs is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATT Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes, fraudulent bookings, or activities that harm our business, drivers, or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this website are owned by ATT Cabs or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
